The uncreative title says it all.

After doing a recent sketch of a friend shirtless, I began to remember seeing the beautiful work made by the ladies in the art studio me and a friend went to model at nude. It amazed me that within an hour, they could make a very accurate, artistic depiction of our forms. I've never seen such an emphasis on light and angle before. The memories inspired me to want to be on the other side of the spectrum. To be the artist, not the model.

Now that the artist is taken care of, I need models. Yes, I could go to the stock dump and find some nudes to sketch, but what's the fun in that? I want you, my friends, to model for me. I don't want obscene nudity by any means. If the picture you choose has genitalia or nipples in them, I don't care, as long as it's not the primary focus. You can get creative with the poses, especially if you want to cover up certain parts. I don't care which side of you it is either. Also, you can exclude your face for anonymity if you would like. I just want a picture of you to sketch and MAYBE put up on DA if I like it enough and more importantly, have your permission to do so.

The real reason I want my friends as models is because I'm sure a lot of you have body issues. Well let me tell you right now, you're beautiful. Perfect? Nobody is. My art sure as hell won't be. But your body is nothing to be ashamed of. Nobody will see your picture but me, and most likely, I won't even know who it is I'm sketching.

The easiest way for you to anonymously contact me would probably be my email since I don't know hardly any of yours. If you don't mind me knowing who you are, that's fine too. I won't think any less of you for helping me develop my artistic side more. Send me pictures, my friends. And with any luck, we'll make something beautiful happen.
